Shaping the future today ... considering the now and the next
The ASPA 2009 National Conference, run in conjunction with iNet (International Networking for Educational Transformation) will explore the current realities of educational leadership in the context of:

    * student learning
    * organisational change
    * staff and student wellbeing
    * economic and political influences.

The role of creativity in leadership ... possible and preferred futures

Also being explored are the possible futures of educational leadership in the context of:

    * preferred futures (and levers for change)
    * technology and learning – what’s on the horizon?
    * social change, public schooling, equity
    * personalised learning and what’s possible
    * global economies, connecting communities

Personalised and person-centred learning ... pedagogies for creative thinking
